The presence of a powerful quad-core processor in the vector robot has caused many of the processings to be done by the robot itself, while Cozmo does most of the processing with the help of your smartphone or tablet.
Using artificial intelligence (AI) technology, this robot is very curious and intelligent, responds to sound and touch, and has the ability to process images, when you return home it gets excited to see you.

Vector is equipped with 4 powerful microphones to hear ambient sounds and using them it can easily recognize the type and direction of surrounding sounds.

By setting up Amazon Alexa on the vector, smart home devices such as lights and heating/cooling system can be controlled through this robot.
Alexa is Amazon’s virtual voice assistant based on artificial intelligence.
It should be noted that the vector robot does not need Alexa to work but connecting to Alexa will give the robot more capabilities.
The vector robot also needs to provide a monthly or annual subscription to receive voice commands from you as well as its developer updates, and the subscription fee for server maintenance and online services of this robot is received by the manufacturer from all new and old vector buyers.
You can make this subscription later, obviously the ability to receive voice commands, updates and online services will be unusable during this period, but the robot works alone and without the above capabilities. Vector’s Subscribtion is offered in monthly or yearly periods.
