Find and Select Products

You can use two methods to find the product you are looking for in the Pishrobat Shop:

– Use the search bar tool

At the top of all the pages of the site, there is a tool called the search bar, which you can go directly to your desired product by typing all or part of the product name or its properties in the search bar.

– Using product categories

Below the search bar is a bar of products and their categories, with the help of the mouse, you can view and select different categories and brands.
By clicking on the product categories, you will be redirected to a page dedicated to that product categories, where you can view the products of those categories, and you can limit your choice based on the manufacturer, type or characteristics.
In the next steps, you can use the advanced filters of the store and by choosing the features that are more important to you, in addition to limiting the price range of the product, you can choose your desired product more easily.

Also, there is a section on the main page called “New Products” and also at the bottom of each product page there is a section “Check the following products” and “Products related to this item” that review products in these sections. It can help you choose the product you want.

Add item to cart

After selecting the product that you decide to buy, by clicking on the Add to Cart option, the product will be added to your cart. By entering the “Cart ” page, you can view and edit your selected goods. If you want to buy more goods, add them to your shopping cart so that they can be processed and sent to you as an order.

Finalize the purchase

After selecting the desired goods and adding them to the shopping cart, you must complete and finalize your order in the following 6 steps:
1) Enter to the “Payment” page: through the “SHOPPING CART” section at the top of all pages and Click on the “CHECK OUT” button or by entering the “Cart” page and clicking on the “Proceed to checkout” button.
2) “LOGIN” tab: Log in to your account or signup *
* If you have already logged in to your account, you would be skipped from this stage.
3) “COUPON” tab: Enter and apply the Coupon code
4) “BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESS” tab: Buyer’s information and address are entered in this tab. Tehere’s also a special section for entering the information of organizational or company buyers, and if desired, enter a different shipping address from billing address.
5) “SHIPPING METHOD ” tab: Select one of the shipping options (these options change based on the country and city selected in the previous tab.
6) “PAYMENT METHOD” tab: Select one of the payment options in this tab. To finsih the order Terms and conditions of the site should be also accepted after reading them.

To complete the order, you must log in to your account. If you have added your desired goods to the shopping cart while you have no signed in to the site, you can log in by entering your username and password in the “Login to account” step. Otherwise, you must create a username for yourself by entering the first step of the “Payment Page” or through the “My Account” page.

Order tracking

After finalizing the order, ‌our sales department will contact you by phone or email to receive additional information and make the necessary arrangements for payment and order shipment.

Payment methods

– Paypal Payment

By choosing Paypal payment, we would introduce our Paypal account by email and proforma invoice, so you could make the amount through Paypal.

– Bank Transfer Payment

By choosing Bank Transfer payment, we would introduce our Bank account information by email and proforma invoice, so you could make the amount through Banking system. Payment term is 100% T/T IN ADVANCE.

Shipping mothods

On normal days, the orders are sent according to the following procedures. In special circumstances, such as festivals or busy seasons such as March, depending on the method and place of receiving the order, the delivery time may be different and not according to the following procedures.

It should be noted that ‌orders will be sent during office hours and orders that are registered on holidays or non-office hours will be followed up at the earliest opportunity.

– Shipping to Iran

Orders from Iran would be shipped according to those methods declared in Persian version of this page. The shipping cost should be paid by customer and shipping term is EXW .

– Shipping to other Countries

Shipping method to countries other than Iran, is decided upon negotations between customer and us. The shipping cost should be paid by customer and shipping term is EXW. The shipping cost is calculated and noted in Proforma Invoice before the payment.
Customer may also ask for speciall insurance for the shipment.
